Catherine C. Liebknecht, 49, of Mount Airy, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at home.
Born Sept. 21, 1962, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Roslyn Eskin Gilligan and the late Richard Liebknecht. She was the fiancee of David Hart.
She was an administrative assistant for Eco Lab. She enjoyed cats.
Surviving, in addition to her mother and fiance, are siblings Brian Liebknecht and wife Karen, and Rick Liebknecht and wife Pam; two nieces; two nephews; and two great-nephews.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Burrier-Queen Funeral Home & Crematory, 1212 W. Old Liberty Road, Winfield, where a vigil wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
A funeral liturgy (Mass) will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Community, 915 Liberty Road, Sykesville, with the Rev. Neville O'Donohue officiating. Interment will be in Druid Ridge Cemetery in Pikesville.
The family suggests Mass cards, or memorial contributions may be sent to the Humane Society of Carroll County, 2517 Littlestown Pike, Westminster, MD 21158.
